Before you start, you must know that you will be filling out alot of the same information over and over for each survey site. I recommend RoboForm. It automatically fills in the form for you with a single click. Saves tons of time. I also recommend getting a Gmail account (www.gmail.com) for all your survey sites. Try not to use your main email for survey sites, create a new one.
